Where is the "rmdir /s". This is a chronic problem with my laptop for about 3 months. Have had Vista since Jan 09 on a new laptop. All of a sudden on day this sam deletion window appeared and locks up my computer so I have to shut down and restart to get rid of the window. Also appearing at the same time was an explorer window that appeared wanting to know if I wanted to go to the last web site visited. This has been nerve racking and a problem since it started
