I have to say that I hadn't seen any jaggies up until now but looking at some files with sharp diagonal lines I can definitely see a bit of difference - Lightroom 2.5 looks a touch softer. At 200% magnification it just looks like more aggressive sharpening to me, but nothing like your examples. At 100% the jaggies are very faint and almost non-existent.
